Guardian Policy: The primary contact filling out this registration is considered the guardian for all campers listed. All children must attend with a registered guardian. Drop-offs are not permitted.
Registration takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
Financial Assistance
We are committed to making the Mizaan Retreat accessible to all who wish to attend. Limited financial assistance is available for participants who need support. Requesting assistance will not affect your eligibility to participate in the retreat.

Review & Notification Process
Financial assistance requests are reviewed by a small committee on a first come first served basis until funds are exhausted. You will be notified of the outcome within three business days. You will then have three additional business days to complete registration.
We trust participants to request the level of support they need. All information shared on the request form will be kept confidential and used solely to determine financial assistance.
